This includes all measurements (weight, girths, skinfolds, heart rate and blood pressure), musculoskeletal screen, fitness test and setting up fitness and nutritional goals. Then, a program will be designed according to the assessment outcomes.

Meal planning and preparation are essential to improving your nutrition, but can be a challenge. I can assist in the planning by providing recipes and meal ideas, and in the preparation by washing, cutting, and storing vegetables and fruits, precooking meats, fish and legumes for up to three days.
