After two years of being socially isolated and going through the healing process of cancer, I have learned the vital importance of social connection to facilitate the body's ability to heal and be healthy by strengthening the immune system, increasing energy and improving mood.
The amazing effect that connection with others who genuinely love and care about you and your well-being has on your vitality is powerful and invaluable, and I want to be able to facilitate that at Home Fitness Plus. It is essential to our existence and what it means to be healthy, happy, vital human beings that can contribute positively to the world around us.
So, that is why I created this community walking meet-up at beautiful parks around the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland. This is an opportunity to connect with others and nature. It is something that has been on my heart for the past several months. My desire is to have my clients and community connecting in such a way that build networks and cultivate meaningful relationships that promote health and healing.
