I am passionate about promoting health through exercise, proper nutrition and lifestyle coaching. With over a decade of professional experience working in the health and fitness industry from health clubs to corporate wellness, as well as teaching Somatic Movement Education, I believe in taking a holistic approach to health and wellness that includes the mind, body, and spirit.
Being a mother of two children, I understand the challenges of balancing work, family, healthy eating and workouts, which led me to embark on a service that offers fitness and nutrition coaching in the comfort of your own home.
I desire to see you at your best in all aspects of health, and I believe in continual life-long learning to fully equip myself with the knowledge, skills, and resources to successfully motivate, educate and inspire you on your journey toward healthier living.
