I'm so glad you are here! I have always enjoyed studying the human body and learning how movement is so essential to well-being. With over a decade of professional experience working in the health and fitness industry from health clubs to corporate wellness, as well as teaching Somatic Movement Education, I believe in taking a holistic approach to health and wellness that includes the mind, body, and spirit.
Being a wife and a mother, I understand that prioritizing and developing positive habits around family, work, healthy eating and exercise can be challenging, which led me to embark on a service that offers somatic movement education, fitness and nutrition coaching in the comfort of your own home. I also offer personal training out of a private gym in South Surrey, if you prefer to be in a gym setting.
I am on a mission to empower people to move more efficiently and effectively, without pain, and to gain a greater self-awareness that leads to success in all areas of life.
