Powerhouse Shake

Ingredients

  • ½ cup wild blueberries (fresh or frozen)


  • 3 stalks of rainbow chard


  • 2 large stalks of kale


  • 1 handful of spinach leaves


  • 1 dried date (pitted)


  • ½ avocado


  • Juice from one large orange


  • Dash of Spices to taste
    Cinnamon
    Turmeric
    Nutmeg
    Cloves

Method

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 
Pour into a tall glass.

Top with shredded coconut or hemp seeds, for added goodness!
